Return & Refund Policy.

Thanks for shopping at Zuricart. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Zuricart. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Zuricart, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Zuricart’s Privacy Policy.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

Refunds

We at Zuricart commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Zuricart is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

7 Days Replacement:  This item is eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of the item delivered is wrong or physically damaged. Please keep the item in its original condition with manufacturer packaging, accessories, price tags, user manual, warranty card and other accompaniments for a successful return pick up. For any device-related issue, please contact the seller (details as mentioned on the invoice) or the brand authorized service center directly.

Laptops, Cameras, and TVs, Mobiles, Tablets, Fridges, Washing Machines, All home Appliances, Laptops, covers & sleeves, audio & video devices, cables, chargers, other accessories

7 Days Replacement: This item is eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of the item delivered is wrong or physically damaged. Please keep the item in its original condition with manufacturer packaging, accessories, price tags, user manual, warranty card and other accompaniments for a successful return pick up. Games & Software

All refunds and/or exchanges of software or games will be subject to the following restrictions :

• No refunds or exchanges will be made in relation to software or games in respect of which have been opened and/or the seals have been broken or appear to have been tampered with.

• No refunds or exchanges will be made in relation to software or games once opened due to your failure to check that you or the person you are acquiring the game for, has a system that meets the minimum specifications required and/or relevant age restriction.

• No refunds or exchanges will be made in relation to software or games that have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, or system malfunctions.

• As games are protected by copyright law, defective games will be booked in for testing and if found to be faulty, will be exchanged for the same game.

• Under no circumstances can we exchange or refund games that require online authentication or activation. Once opened, they are deemed to have been activated and authenticated.

Shipping

Zuricart is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Zuricart may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Zuricart reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Zuricart confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Zuricart will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
