Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on location and order value. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount. Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order status through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer care team with your order number.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, you will be required to sign for your package. Please inspect the package before signing. If there are any visible damages, please note them on the delivery receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery and return the item according to our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Do not use or attempt to repair the item
  4. We will arrange for replacement or full refund

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for pickup of the wrong item and deliver the correct item at no additional cost.
